It is characterized by a high molecular weight and low osmolality. Osmolality refers to the number of particles in a solution. The larger the size of the particles, the lower the osmolality. Potassium helps in the proper functioning of muscles. Magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance and contributes to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness. INGREDIENTS: VITARGO® (starch); potassium citrate; sodium chloride; magnesium citrate; calcium carbonate; flavor; acidity regulator - citric acid; sweetening substance - sucralose.
PREPARATION: Dissolve 1 serving (73 g - 2 scoops) in 200-250 ml of water. After mixing, fill the shaker to a capacity of about 400 ml. Consume the prepared drink within 8 hours. Do not subject to cooking. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
RECOMMENDED DAILY SERVING: Depending on the intensity and duration of physical exertion, it is recommended to consume 1 serving per day. Consume before or during training.
