Bacopa monnieri - a perennial climbing plant included in the plantain family, which grows wild in India, China, as well as Vietnam or Nepal. Naturally occurs in wetlands and marshy areas, where in spring and summer it blooms, forming small pink and white flowers. Bacopa monnieri, also known as brahmi, is distinguished by its numerous stems that reach approx. 30 cm long, and its bright green, rounded leaves are set opposite.

Bacopa monnieri is an easy-to-grow plant that is widely used in aquariums, where it performs not only a decorative function, but also contributes to the improvement of water quality. Among the valuable compounds present in the plant are steroidal saponins, called bacosides, the content of which is standardized in OstroVit preparation, which positively influences the quality of the dietary supplement and ensures a high content of desired ingredients in each serving of the product.

Consume 1 serving (1 tablet) daily with a meal containing fats.
