The Basics:
- BCAA + Hydro Whey Blend
- 6g BCAA per serving
- 1.2g of Hydrolysed Whey Protein Per Serving (EAAs)
How & When:
Mix one scoop (10g) with 200ml+ of water and consume during training, with meals or throughout the day. Mix it with as much water as you like, like squash.
