Maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii Walp.), fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), shilajit (Asphaltum punjabianum), bulking agent (cellulose), Schisandra chinensis fruit extract, freeze-dried royal jelly (Apis mellifica), zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), saffron flower extract (Crocus sativus L.), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), gelatin capsule, colour (E172).
Contains royal jelly and gelatin.
Recommended Use
Take 2 capsules twice daily after meals:
2 capsules in the morning
2 capsules in the evening
Take with plenty of water.
Daily serving: 4 capsules.
