Recommended Use

Take 500 mg daily, divided into two servings:

250 mg twice daily.

Dissolve 250 mg in warm water or another warm beverage and consume twice daily.

Use the included measuring stick, with the 0.25 g marking corresponding to one 250 mg serving.

Before First Use

Add approximately ½ teaspoon of warm water to the resin and leave for a minimum of 3 hours before first use.
