Suggested Use

Take 500 mg daily, divided into 250 mg twice daily.

Before first use, add half a teaspoon of warm water to the jar and leave for at least 3 hours. Dissolve 250 mg (using the included measuring stick) in warm water or another warm beverage. Repeat twice daily.
